La Toscana has closed.

The name “La Toscana Winery” was selected as a result of our love affair with Italy where Julie, my wife, and i lived for two years. During that time, we became acquainted with the wines and culture of Italy’s northern regions.

La Toscana Winery between Leavenworth and Cashmere

Upon retirement from the Department of Defense Overseas School System in 1989, we moved to North Central Washington, where we opened a winery and guestrooms modeled after those we had admired in Europe.

A variety of red and white wines are handmade at La Toscana Winery using both grapes from our own vineyard and purchased grapes.
